She was not just a mentor but also the finest chef in the world, my sensei.
I am deeply grateful for the invaluable years of guidance she bestowed upon me, a value beyond measure.
In honor of her profound influence, I've chosen to name my upcoming Azabudai restaurant after her, Carmen.
We are committed to upholding culinary standards of quality, excellence and respect that
mirror the lofty principles she instilled in me and continues to inspire me to this day.
